Rising three or four metres above the coral reef on which it is built, Alfajiri is a small lodge that includes two double bedrooms and two twins. The best views are from a jacuzzi on the octagonal pagoda according to Butler the staff includes two waiters, a masseuse, three child-minders and a couple of cooks ‘each of which,’ she goes on to say ‘will prepare delicious dinners of lobster, jumbo prawns, jumbo prawns, crab, squid, octopus, tuna and shark.’
