Woken up with a cup of Earl Grey every morning and sent to bed after on too many bottles of South African wine each night, their itinerary started at Bushman’s Kloof, where they encountered stone age bushman art so primitive, it might have modern. This was before flying across to visit Singita’s private concession at the Kruger to spot giraffe, impala, wilderbeest, zebra and ‘countless gorgeously plumed bird’ and staying at Singita Sweni, where Jonathon was treated to the best massage in the world.
