A four-storey concrete build, Pengilly House was designed by Peerutin Architects, and comes with a spa, theatre, entertainment area, two pods, heated swimming pool, open-plan kitchen, and six bedrooms. With unobstructed views of both mountain and ocean, it’s a large and welcoming space, very modern in style, and includes a fully stocked bar, sauna, and sweeping balconies. Wi-Fi and aircon is available throughout.

Depending on guests’ requirements, Pengilly House is everything from self-catering to a full service, the latter including a chef, butler, personal trainer, and spa therapists. The food and service are exceptional, the level of attention afforded guests perfectly judged.
