She finishes her story by doing a shout out to our very own Will Jones, director at Journeys by Design talking of probably ‘the best safari in the world’ in Kenya, which combines the 60-acre private ranch of Ol Laro in the Kenya Great Rift Valley with a private mobile outfit by Lake Natron, both of which have a Cessna caravan and two helicopters on standby. Dhow House on Lamu is also named as a potential for an itinerary of the likes, which pairs up well with a few nights sailing around the archipelago in a traditional dhow.
